The club was sponsored for the first time by Cathay Pacific and played 5 matches on tour. The first match was against ISC in Jakarta then two matches in Singapore, one against Singapore the other against the Bucks club and ending in Hong Kong with matches against Hong Kong B and Hong Kong. The Penguin’s won all 5 matches.
