Hong Kong Academy Coaching 2009

The Penguin team to play tht played in the HKFC 10s tournament ran a session for the Sandy Bay RFC youngsters on the Tuesday 24th March 2009. The session was based on a number of skill sessions with the emphasis on game and fun for all. The players split into groups and had all Sandy Bay youngsters join them for a 10 min session during the evening.
