Penguin International RFC Privacy Policy
The Penguin International RFC (encompassing the HSBC Penguin International Coaching Academy) and referred to as the Club in this policy, is committed to protecting the privacy of all Club members, players, coaches, match officials, tour officials, club officials and others who are involved with the Club.
In general, you can view the Club’s website, which contains all the latest news, results, and other club information, without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. At times the Penguin International RFC may monitor the Club’s website usage to help develop the website and our services (www.penguinrugby.com).
Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Club collects personal data from its members primarily so that the Club can remain in contact with its members and provide regular updates of Club events, results, news and information on social gatherings. Also, the Club needs to collect relevant information from players and coaches to facilitate the Club’s activities.
The Club will only collect the following personal information and then only as required for a particular purpose.
· names
· postal addresses
· phone numbers
· email addresses
· outline CVs
· date of births
· passport information
· insurance information
· certain types of medical information (in relation to travel insurance and information tour managers should know when on tour (e.g. asthma)
· bank account details (e.g. when making payments to suppliers, or members completing Standing Order forms)
It is reasonable to assume all Club members will want to receive the regular newsletters and other communications the Club produces, so no opt out is provided.
The Club will never pass member information on to third parties without members’ consent.

The Penguin International RFC website has links to other websites. The Club is not responsible for the privacy practices, or the content of external web sites. In particular, the link to Tsunami from the Club’s Merchandise page on the website redirects users to a third party website over which the club has no control.
Consent
By submitting your personal information to us, you signify your consent to the Club using the information provided in the manner described above in this policy. If we amend our Privacy Policy, any changes will be published on the Club’s website. If at any time you wish to update the information which we hold about you, or if you wish to stop receiving information from the Penguin International RFC, please contact us.
